Welcome to BizShot. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.

4. Photo Requirements & Content Guidelines

When uploading photos to the Service, you agree that:

• The photos are of you (you may not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent)
• The photos do not contain nudity, sexually explicit content, or illegal material
• You own the rights to the photos or have obtained necessary permissions
• The photos do not violate any third-party rights

We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates these guidelines.

5. Ownership & License

Your Photos

You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload. We claim no ownership over your original photos.

Generated Headshots

Upon successful payment, you receive full commercial rights to all AI-generated headshots created from your photos. You may use them for any purpose — LinkedIn, company websites, business cards, marketing materials, and more. You own them outright.

Our Technology

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including our AI technology, algorithms, and software, remain the exclusive property of BizShot.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Pricing is displayed in the app and is subject to change. We offer a 7-day refund policy — if you're not satisfied with your headshots, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service itself (this does not restrict your use of generated headshots)
• Upload content that is harassing, abusive, or otherwise objectionable

8. Limitation of Liability

BizShot provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high-quality results, we cannot guarantee that every generated headshot will meet your specific expectations. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
