BizShot ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

Photos You Upload

To generate AI headshots, you upload photos of yourself. These photos are used solely for the purpose of creating your AI-generated headshots and are processed in real time.

Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and payment information. Payment processing is handled by Apple (through the App Store) and we do not store your full credit card details.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including device type, operating system version, app version, and anonymized usage statistics. This helps us improve the Service.

3. Photo Privacy & AI Processing

To generate professional headshots, your uploaded photos are transmitted to our third-party AI processing service, fal.ai (FAL Compute, Inc.) (https://fal.ai). fal processes your photos solely to generate your AI headshots and does not use them for any other purpose. Before your photos are sent to fal for the first time, the app will ask for your explicit permission. By uploading photos and using the generate feature, you consent to this data transmission for the purpose of creating your headshots.

What data is sent: The photos you upload for headshot generation.

Who receives the data: fal.ai (FAL Compute, Inc.), our AI inference provider.

Purpose: Solely to generate your AI professional headshot.

Data retention by fal: fal deletes your photos immediately after processing is complete. Your photos are not stored, cached, or used by fal for any other purpose, including AI training.

fal provides the same or equal level of data protection as described in this policy, in compliance with applicable data protection laws. For more information, see fal's privacy policy at https://fal.ai/privacy.

We never use your uploaded photos to train our own AI models.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and at rest. Your photos are transmitted securely and processed in a protected environment. We regularly review our security practices to ensure your data remains safe.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • fal.ai (FAL Compute, Inc.) — AI inference provider. Receives your uploaded photos solely for headshot generation. Photos are deleted immediately after processing. See Section 3 for details.
  • Apple Inc. — Payment processing via the App Store. Receives payment information as required for transaction processing.
  • Cloud infrastructure providers — Used for data storage and processing. Contractually obligated to maintain strict security and confidentiality standards.
  • Google Analytics — Provides anonymized usage statistics to help us improve the Service. Collects device type, OS version, app version, and anonymized usage data. No personally identifiable information is shared. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via your device settings.

All third-party providers are required to provide the same or equal level of data protection as described in this policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and download your personal data
  • Request deletion of your photos and account data
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
